we carry out everything from production to packaging + dispatch from our "studio" in the historical gettysburg, pa.

unless local delivery or local pickup is selected at checkout, we will ship your order via usps ground (+ possibly ups ground if necessary).

please note that once your order has been picked up from homebody hq, we no longer have full control over your shipment. we do try to ensure a problem-free delivery but some things are totally out of our control.

feel free to add as many items to your cart as you wish. when you're ready to check out, click on the cart icon + follow the prompts through the checkout page (i.e. shipping info, your payment details, etc.) + we will ship your items out (or arrange them for local delivery/pickup if chosen at checkout) + your items will be on their way to you in no time!

we do not currently offer returns due to the nature of our products.

we work 7 days a week to get your items packaged + ready to be shipped out to you.

our maximum processing time is around 2 days, though, in the event of any inclement weather or holidays, these times can vary. we will always include any significant changes to our processing times in our website banner for your convenience + reference purposes.

if your items arrived damaged as a result of faults during transit, please email us at

support@homebodyhub.com with detailed photos (i.e. the damaged product, packaging, the box) within 7 days of receiving your order + we will be sure to assist you with next steps.
